I liked:
I would recomend this hotel to all my friend when they go to london. very well placed in london. Close tpo high street and shops. if u like walking then it is also close to hyde park.

I liked:
We had a very quiet clean room. The towels were change daily and staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was excellent.
The location was very central and with underground very close to the hotel, travelling around London was easy.
nearby Kensington Palace Gardens and the Sinbourne Lindley Museum well worth a visit

I liked:
Great location, close to Hyde St/Kensington tube stop, but since it's off a main street, our room was very quiet. Room itself was more than adequate, comfortable bed, good lighting. Lobby is very nice, staff is excellent.
I disliked:
No safe in room. Internet service very expensive at 15 pounds/24 hrs. Bathrooms desperately in need of updating. Separate hot & cold faucets on sink, very poor lighting, but good water pressure in shower.
